On June 12, the 2022 Strait (Fuzhou) Fishery Week • China (Fuzhou) International Fishery Expo ended at the Fuzhou Strait Convention and Exhibition Center. Through activities such as live abalone exhibition, abalone science popularization, live abalone sashimi show, abalone industry forum, abalone technology product display, product lottery and gifting, etc., Captain Jiang let the whole people know about abalone, entered the abalone breeding and deep processing industry, and promoted the development of marine economy.
Lianjiang abalone production accounts for 1/3 of the country, and Rixing is the largest abalone processing enterprise in China. Captain Jiang used the video of Lianjiang abalone and the base of Rixing Company to popularize abalone nursery, breeding and processing, combined with the vigorous publicity of the central TV channel over the years to raise the viewers’ awareness of abalone and show the advantages of Lianjiang abalone breeding, production and sales.
Captain Jiang participated in the exhibition with a series of products such as frozen abalone, instant dried abalone, instant abalone with rice, instant abalone with noodles, instant abalone and fish maw, Buddha jumping wall of seafood flavour, high-pressure sea cucumber, butternut fish and marine bioactive peptide.
Captain Jiang also hosted the theme activity of “Abalone Industry Forum and Abalone High-tech Products Exhibition”, inviting experts in the abalone industry in Fujian Province, provincial, municipal and county leaders and sales elites to exchange ideas within the industry, discussing topics such as abalone ecological breeding, deep processing and brand sales, and proposing for the transformation and upgrading of the abalone industry in Fujian. During the sermon, the aquatic enterprises represented by Captain Jiang are upgrading from marine food coarse and deep processing to marine biological products deep processing, continuously promoting the technological progress and industrial upgrading of the industry.
In addition, Captain Jiang also participated in the award ceremony of the governing units of the Fuzhou Ocean and Fishery Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, dedicated to the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and boosting the construction of “Fuzhou at Sea”. At the same time, Captain Jiang was honored to participate in the special matchmaking meeting for the export of prefabricated vegetables in Fujian Province, to promote a series of prefabricated vegetables such as abalone, Buddha jumping over the wall, and sea cucumber to global buyers, and to reach an in-depth strategic cooperation.
